Each lead moves through statuses automatically. You can also update manually from the lead detail page.
Lead created, sequence not yet started
Sequence running, messages being sent
Lead responded — sequence auto-stopped
Sequence completed, no reply
Manually marked as booked job

Click View on any lead to see the full timeline:
- Timeline — Visual sequence progress (SMS 1 → Email 2 → SMS 3 → ...)
- Messages — Full content of every sent/received message with timestamps
- Status Badge — Current state with color coding
- Manual Actions — Mark Won/Lost, Close, Resend step, Edit lead info
